1) Who we are

2) Definitions

2.1 “Services” means our tutoring, IB Math Bootcamp, lessons, study materials, video library, and related offerings.  

2.2 “Bootcamp” means the 8-week structured tutoring program described on our website.  

2.3 “Success Credit” means credit issued toward future ScoreSprint services when Bootcamp criteria are met (as described on our website and in these Terms).  

2.4 “Client”, “you”, or “your” means the contracting party (parent/guardian for minors, or the adult student).  

2.5 “Website” means scoresprint.eu and any subpages.

 

3) Scope and Acceptance

3.1 These Terms govern your use of the Services and form the agreement between you and ScoreSprint.  

3.2 By booking, paying for, or using any Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refunds & Cancellations Policy (collectively, the “Policies”).  

3.3 If these Terms conflict with the Policies, these Terms prevail unless stated otherwise.

 

4) Eligibility and Account

4.1 Services are intended for IB students and their parents/guardians.  

4.2 If the student is under 18 (and under 16 for certain data consents), a parent/guardian must be the contracting party and provide consent.  

4.3 You warrant that the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

 

5) Services; No Academic Misconduct

5.1 We provide educational support, feedback, and training. We do not complete graded assignments, exams, or internal assessments on your behalf.  

5.2 You agree not to request, encourage, or engage in plagiarism or cheating. We may suspend or terminate Services immediately for academic misconduct without refund.

 

6) Booking, Rescheduling, and Attendance

6.1 Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement (via our scheduling tool, email, or phone).  

6.2 You may reschedule a session at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice before the start time.  

6.3 If you reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of the start time, or do not attend (no-show), the session is charged in full and no refund or credit is due.  

6.4 Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled end time.  

6.5 For packages (including the Bootcamp), the above rules apply to each session inside the package. See our Refunds & Cancellations Policy for details.

 

7) Bootcamp Structure and Success Credit

7.1 IB Math Bootcamp includes weekly 1:1 sessions, personalized homework, written feedback, and access to study materials over a span of 8 weeks as described on the Website.  

7.2 At the start, we agree on a realistic goal (e.g., target grade or exam score).  

7.3 If the student attends all weekly sessions, completes all homework on time, and meets the agreed goal via a verified school exam or timed mock exam (as specified on the Website), we issue Success Credit equal to the Bootcamp fee, applied in monthly instalments over 6 months toward future ScoreSprint services (credit, not cash).   

7.4 If you complete attendance/homework requirements but do not meet the goal, a partial Success Credit may apply if stated on the Website.  

7.5 Success Credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and is applied in the cadence stated on the Website (e.g., monthly instalments) with a validity period (6 months from issuance) unless otherwise specified.  

7.6 We may reasonably verify attendance, homework submission, and assessment conditions to determine eligibility.

 

8) Prices, Deposits, and Payments

8.1 Current prices and any deposits are shown at checkout or in your booking confirmation. Prices are inclusive of VAT as indicated.  

8.2 For the Bootcamp, a commitment deposit/fee is payable upfront (amount as listed at checkout).  

8.3 Payment is due in full at booking unless a payment plan is expressly offered and confirmed in writing. 

8.4 We may suspend or cancel Services for late or failed payment.  

8.5 Any bank or card charges, exchange differences, or transfer fees are your responsibility.

 

9) Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-day cooling-off)

9.1 If you are a consumer in the EU and purchase Services online, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day after purchase.  

9.2 If you request Services to start within that period, you agree that: (a) you waive the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed; and (b) for Services delivered before withdrawal, you owe a proportionate amount.  

9.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal (if applicable and not waived), email scoresprint.eu@gmail.com with your order details. We will confirm receipt and process per these Terms and our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

 

10) Refunds, Credits, and Cancellations

10.1 Our Refunds & Cancellations Policy forms part of these Terms.  

10.2 Delivered sessions (or sessions deemed delivered under the 24-hour rule) are non-refundable.  

10.3 Digital content (e.g., access to video library and study guides) is non-returnable once access is granted, except as required under the right of withdrawal (where applicable and not waived).  

10.4 Where a refund is approved, we refund to the original payment method where possible; otherwise, by bank transfer.

 

11) Digital Content and Licences

11.1 During the Service term, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our study materials and video content for your private, non-commercial study.  

11.2 You may not copy, reproduce, re-sell, share publicly, or distribute our materials without written permission.  

11.3 All intellectual property rights in our content remain with ScoreSprint or its licensors.

 

12) Conduct and Fair Use

12.1 Be respectful and professional during sessions. Abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour may result in suspension or termination without refund.  

12.2 You are responsible for having a stable internet connection, a quiet environment, and required software or accounts (e.g., Zoom).

 

13) Service Changes and Availability

13.1 We may make reasonable changes to improve content, delivery platform, or scheduling, provided the overall value is not materially reduced.  

13.2 If we must reschedule or cancel, we will offer an alternative time or a refund/credit for the affected session(s) (your choice).

 

14) Disclaimers

14.1 We provide educational support but do not guarantee any particular outcome, grade, or score unless expressly stated as part of the Success Credit criteria.  

14.2 Except as required by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

 

15) Liability

15.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.  

15.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: (a) indirect or consequential losses; (b) loss of data, profits, or business; or (c) issues caused by your equipment, connectivity, or third-party platforms outside our control.  

15.3 Our total aggregate liability arising from the Services is limited to the total amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.

 

16) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., power/Internet outages, platform failure, illness, extreme weather, war, strikes). We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and arrange rescheduling.

 

17) Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

 

18) Complaints and Dispute Resolution

18.1 If you have a concern, please contact us at scoresprint.eu@gmail.com. We aim to resolve issues promptly and fairly.  

18.2 If you are an EU consumer, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr  

18.3 These Terms and any disputes are governed by Dutch law. The competent Dutch courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

 

19) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. The latest version is posted on our Website with the effective date. Changes will not retroactively affect confirmed bookings unless required by law.

 

20) Severability and Entire Agreement

If any term is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in full force. These Terms, together with the Policies and your booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and ScoreSprint regarding the Services.
